Pork and Liver
We need to take lots of Vitamin B. It is very important to make a energy. Especially liver is a rich food. Also rice and bread which have a germ are good.

・Vegetables and Fruits

Especially, Okra, green soybean, pineapple, lemon and kiwi are seasonal veges and fruits.

They are rich Vitamin C. It make our body to cheer up!

・Natto and Tofu

They have lots of magnesium so that it help body metabolic and support Vitamin B.

These are my recommended foods. After I searched these foods, I realized the one famous proverb. In Japanese, "Ryoyo kuchi ni nigashi" and in English..I'm not sure but kind of " Good medicine for health tastes bitter".

Hi, its soooo hot these days..but I was watinig for summer so I'm exciting!

anyway, today I'm going to introduce about Vegetarian Restaurants in Japan and in America.

At first I'm going to intriduce vgetarian rstaurant in Japan.
I was suprised the number of vgetarian restaurants. There are many restaurants which have a variety of vegetable dishes but they also include meat and fish in it so they are not for vegetarian. There are only about 20 restaurants which have all vegetable dishes. I think this is very small number and could know Japan is not very kind for vegetarian:(

Now I introduce one of the vegetarian restaurant inTokyo.
It is named "VEGAN Healing Cafe". They often use brown rice and soybeans in their dishes. Also they have many organic ingredients. Beans and rice are basic and important food for vegetarian.

here is the restaurant's homepage address: http://www.vegancafe.jp/

Next, I'm going to talk about vegetarian restaurants in America.

There are 3873restaurants for vegetarian. It is big defference between Japan and America.. Especially in California, there are about 800 vegetarian restaurants!(I knoe America is huge but still...!) We can see that vegetarian culture is very common in America.

They use organic ingredients but also a lot of fruits in their dishes too. They have more ideas for vegetarian dishes.

we can search vegetarian restaurants from this wedsite:http://www.happycow.net/north_america/

Lara said being and living in Japan is diffecult, and I could know how difficukt it is now. Japan should be more cooperative to vegetarian. I want to go to the vegetarian restaurant and have a healthy dishes not just salad. haha!

Step1-Pick some foods you like. There are veges, beef, chicken, seafoods... a lot.

Step2-Dip it into the sauce which mixed water and flour. Then roll it in the bread crumbs.

Step3-Fry it! The each table has a fry pot. It takes 1~3minutes.

We can also have salda, fruits, Curry and rice and chocolate fondue. (they are not for fry! haha)

I've thought fryed foods are heavy for stomach and they are acutually if you had too much them, but this restaurant have many vegetables so that it can be healthy and we can have vegetable with fun!

This restaurant is good for have a fun dinner with family or friends.

Feel Hawai!

IF you want to have a great humburger, I recommend you to go to this humburger restaurant!
Its named "KUA 'AINA". This restaurant is from Hawai and we can have humburgers and sandwiches. I went to the Lala-port with my friends and got humburger and sandwich each of us as a breakfast!haha

The taste is really great and the meat was big and juicy! Its because they start to bake a meat after they got the order so that we can have a just baked meat in humburger. Also, we can pick some extra toppings(vegetables, cheese, etc...)so that we can make a own favorite hmburger or sundwich. When I having a this meal in this restaurant, I feel like if I were a Hawaian. The restaurant looks Hawaian beer garden, and stuff said "Aloha~" to us:)

That was my first time to visit "KUA' AINA" but it already became one of my favorite restaurant! MacDonald is not good enough for me anymore!haha! If you want to have a great humburger, go to KUA' AINA!
